Nix
“Unlike other projects, which are individual pieces, the project Nix for B&B Italia was about a group of objects, a family of tables for the living room, in different shapes and sizes. They can be used alone, in pairs or fitted together.
They look like they were built out of sheets of paper distanced from each other by legs, also in folded paper: we wanted them thin and light to balance the more abundant forms of the sofas, but we also wanted them to be brilliant made of a single material. The essential element of the project is the design of the leg, with its soft curve that fits into the tops and occupies - in number and alternated position on the different tables - the possible spaces available to combine these tables.
