Borea design by Piero Lissoni

B&B Italia presents Borea, the 2021 eclectic and complete collection of outdoor furniture designed by Piero Lissoni. Portrayed by Tommaso Sartori in the architect's Maremma country house, the new series of chairs and tables is characterized by the fluid and seamless design of the painted metal structures, by the generous and relaxing cushions covered with fabrics inspired by the classic striped cotton canvas of yesteryear, in different shades, and by the bright colors of the glazed lava stone table tops.

In addition to the unmistakable style, Borea is a collection sensitive to the theme of sustainability: in fact it uses recycled and recyclable materials (such as the cushions made of polyester fibre obtained from recycled PET plastic bottles), as well as completely separable so that, end of life cycle, each single element can be recovered or disposed of properly.
