Privacy Information Notice

This Privacy Information Notice provides you with information on how B&B Italia S.p.A., its affiliates and the other companies of the group controlled by Flos B&B Italia Group S.p.A. collect and process your data. Depending on your location, various data protection laws may apply to the processing of your personal data, and different information may be required to be provided to you.

PHOTO AND VIDEO POLICY

During the events organized by B&B Italia spa (B&B Italia) in the context of the Milan Design Week 2025 (7-11 April 2025) in its showroom at Via Durini 14, Milan (the “Events”), certain photos and videos may be taken by a team appointed by B&B Italia, which may include also your image (the “Contents”).

The Contents may be used for both internal purposes (e.g., archiving, preparation of internal reports and presentations) and publication on newsletters, social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Youtube, etc.) and websites. The Contents will not be used for advertising purposes nor for any purposes other than the ones mentioned above.

The Contents will be treated as personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Italian Privacy Code) and the B&B Italia privacy policy available here https://www.bebitalia.com/en-it/privacy-policy. The data (images) will be retained for a limited period and processed in a manner consistent with the specified purpose, ensuring the protection of the rights and freedoms of the data subjects.

For any clarification on the collection and use of the Contents, and for any information regarding the processing of your personal data and exercise of your rights, do not hesitate to contact B&B Italia S.p.A.

 In light of the above, the undersigned, having read and understood the content of this release form by either registering to the Events and/or accessing to them.

 

AUTHORIZES

B&B Italia S.p.A., without any due compensation and/or indemnity, and without any time limitation:

(i)            to collect my image in the context of the Events through photos and/or videos; and

(ii)           to use the Contents collected in the context of the Events for both internal purposes (e.g., archiving, preparation of internal reports and presentations) and publication on newsletters, social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Youtube, etc.) and websites.

The undersigned also recognize that B&B Italia S.p.A. maintains the exclusive right to exploit my image in connection with the Contents collected during the Events, and to have been informed and to have knowledge that I will have nothing to claim against B&B Italia S.p.A. in relation to the rights granted to the latter, as referred to in this release form, for the use of my image as obtained in the context of the Events, with the modalities and purposes set out above.
