Antonio Citterio has developed two innovative extension solutions for the new Hans tables. Both tables are equipped with a new opening system that allows central element to be drawn out quickly and offer the option of a thick crystal top available in white and grey. The supporting frame is what sets them apart. The first type is in natural, grey or black oak with the typical trestle-shaped legs tapered and given a lighter look thanks to the arching of the internal and under-top parts, where the extensions mechanism is held. The second type has four aluminium legs, the same material used for the extension system, which can be painted in four colours - chalk white, desert, steel grey and plum. Both types are the same size - the table starts out with seating for six at 220x101 cm is extendable to 280 cm to seat ten.
